First, this place is difficult to find, near some retail in Norco, but there are far better just up the road closer to Corona. The room rate was $20 more than the Hilton resort I stayed in just the night before, and the experience could not have been worse. When I finally got here, I found dirty socks in my room upon check-in. When I went down to tell the concierger, he was outside on his cell phone and remained there for close to 10 minutes while I waited... I am a HHonors Gold Member, and typically have water waiting in my room upon arrival (its one of the "perks") however, there was nothing in my room upon check-in. I would definitely spend a few extra minutes finding another place to stay in or around Corona/Norco. more
