Casino was VERY tight. We are accustomed to Nevada casinos and California casinos are just way, way tighter. The room was nice and clean. It was a bit less $ than the Super 8 down the road. For in room coffee they supplied one of those obnoxious k-cup machines and a single k-cup. A sign said that if you wanted... More

We return to this hotel because it is convenient on Hwy. 20 in Nice, Ca. The hotel rooms are nice, but wear and tear is noticeable. We were disappointed that the casino restaurant opens at 8am and closes at 3pm, except the weekend. So we ended up at the snack bar in the bingo hall. Not the best location when... More

Apparently my company doesn't like me very much because they put me in this disgusting hotel for one night, as I was to train some staff at a newly acquired medical practice, early the following day. Upon pulling into the parking I almost turned around to find myself a new hotel but there are slim Pickens in the Nice, CA... More

The room was a basic hotel room with 2 beds and a shower head that sprayed everywhere. Wifi would have made it better. My main issue was the noise the room's doors made when closing...beyond loud. It woke us up several times throughout the night and it did not make us well rested for the drive the next day :(... More

Stopped by for 1 night on our way to coast in the middle of our Indian Casino Tour 2014, this was the 4th of the day, with an additional 3 the next day. I had been a little cautious about the hotel after reading a couple of reviews, but we really thought the room was great. We had a king... More

This was just a stop on the way to other things. It was fine for our one night stay. I think if this area was still hopping as we were told it was in the 80's and 90's this would have been a more interesting place to stay. Check in was fine, the room was fine, the bathroom was large.... More

I don't know where the people who are writing bad reviews are eating, maybe in the dumpster? I go there about 3 times a month and have NEVER had bad food. NEVER bad service and I have NEVER walked out of there broke. It's clean, the bathrooms are clean, the restaurant is clean. If you don't like the smoke.. then... More

Let me start by saying we are not really gamblers. We went to the casino because a nonsmoking room was advertised. This was a joke. The non smoking room was a small room with a few machines that was open to the rest of the casino. There is a pay bar there...no free drinks. They only tables open were black... More

Played bingo and stayed the night with family members. Beds were clean and comfortable. Do not ask for a late checkout, they will not accommodate you. We gambled til early hours and the time change happened that night, no sympathy. Had breakfast buffet, it was good. In Lake County, choices are limited. Not the Ritz, but not bad.
