I had the advantage of relaxing while my husband was there on business. The hotel is located right across from the Fashion Circle with all the great stores you would expect as well as restaurants. The hotel is large with facilities for conferences, yet the staff was attentive and courteous to all guests and always there for you. Being February,... More

This hotel is fine, and that is about the best I can say. The rooms in the hotel tower all have exterior doors that open into an open atrium ... so there can be some significant noise coming from outside your door. I had a very distant view to the ocean from the high floor I was on, but it... More

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The view is outstanding of the ocean if your room faces that direction. The Terrace was nice to relax and look over the golf course and limited view of the ocean. Sam & Harry restaurant was very good for breakfast. The exterior of the building is in need... More

The ambience is great from the moment you walk through the front doors. Service is excellent, rooms are clean and well appointed. The terrace is a nice place to have a few drinks, in summer or winter as they have beautiful outdoor gas fires. And if you choose to work off your drinks, the hotel's fitness centre is top notch.... Nice but very large hotel overlooking the coast. If someone looks for a cosy place ... Wrong choice but other than that...just great. The staff is very eager to help. The restaurant with its garden terrace and the fireplaces lit in the evening invite for a sundowner. The hotel itself is very noisy. If the room is in the main... More

A lovely hotel with rooms that resemble small one room apartments layers out in a square overlooking the fountain in the centre. Very comfortable and stunning views from the room overlooking the coast. Staff are very accommodating and eager to please. Resteraunt is well presented with great food and reasonable prices. More

We had quick check-in at the site. We were welcomed by a greeter who was expediting the process. We were directed to the area behind the main hotel in Harbor "Something" and rolled our noisy suitcases over concrete and flagstones to the elevator. We again arrived at a hallway and noisily drove those suitcases over flagstone flooring/outdoor pavers to our... More

Thank you so much for the detailed review of our hotel! We pride ourselves with associates who go above and beyond to take care of our guests. We’re sorry that the building’s unique style was not to your liking and the weather was not as sunny as it normally is. We do have another tower that is structured differently and... More

I would have preferred to be in the main part of the hotel. The chairs in the bar area need replacing. Capeting in the hotel should be cleaned. Staff was quite pleasant. Happy hours Mon-Fri , a good value. Too long a walk outdoors to our room. Great to have a spa though I didn't get to use it. There... More

It was more a holiday romance than true love, but it was definitely a business week-long fling to remember. This is a lovely, and quirky, hotel. Very friendly check in, then embarked on the long expedition to find my room. Groundhog day? Had I passed that conference room before? The second tower is a serious hike from the lobby. But... More
