If you plan ahead and have a space on the water, this might be a better experience. Otherwise, spaces are small and divided by bent up green fences. Laundry facilities are inconvenient. For as much money as they get for these spaces, I sure expected something more then just a patch of dirt to park on. more

I cannot imagine anyone staying at this dump! Perhaps if one has only experienced mediocre RV campsites then Newport Dunes is just your hangout. I for one enjoy a good, clean RV campsite as well as friendly staff ALL YEAR long rather than during the less trafficked season. Avoid Newport Dunes at all costs!! more

I recently stayed at the Newport Dunes in one of the "Luxury Cottages" on the beach. We paid $385 per night for a cottage that was described to sleep 6 and have a full kitchen.
