We asked for an early check in but our room was not even ready ay the guaranteed time of check in. Given that we were checking out early it seemed like a fair request. We ended up going to the desk 3 times to inquire about the room status and we kept being told it was almost ready for over... More

A lovely resort! The property was immaculate and our 3-bedroom villa was to die for! We used the American Express Fine Hotels/ Resorts benefit and stayed here for 2 days for a wedding. The website doesn't do this place justice. It is beautiful, even if you're not into golfing. The swimming pool was great and having your own butler was... More

My husband needed to stay at Pelican Hill for 6 days for a work-related conference, and my 3 children and I decided to join him. We booked a standard bungalow, which was about 700 square feet. It comfortably fit 2 queen beds and a roll-away with room to work at the desk and play on the floor! The bathroom was... More

We stayed in the bungalows and loved it. The bathroom is wonderful, and large. The only thing I will say is the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. The bed was very comfortable. The property overall is wonderful. The pool is massive. We ate dinner at Andreas and the food was extremely good. Very unique and flavorful. This is... More

I booked 2 massages for my sons, two facials for my guests and a body scrub for myself at the spa. They messed up my appointment by giving my son a facial instead of massage, and I had to wait 30 min. For my body scrub. My guests had to wait on me for lunch because the spa therapist was... More

This is Newport finest properties. We stayed at the Villas and could not think of one item to complain about just praise for the staff to the property to the beds. It's pricey but you get the red carpet rolled out for you.

We rented a 4 bedroom Villa, and it was really amazing. The rooms are immaculate, everything was spotless...exactly what I would have expected for my first stay here. The staff/butler/managers were very accommodating, and literally available for any and all requests we had. The golf course surrounding the property is a great plus with staying here. I would highly recommend... More

This is our second time staying here and the property has gone downhill in the last few years. We stayed with our family for 3 nights. The positives were a great location, large well kept grounds, nice pool and wonderful breakfast at Coliseum restaurant. Upon check in, the room was not organized according to our reservation (it was missing a... More

We were making a reservation for December 18 thru December 21. We were quoted $990 per night for a 3 Bedroom bungalow. We accepted and the reservationist began making the reservations. After a period of silence she came back to us with a new price for the second and third nights at a new rate of $1290.00 per night. We... More

This is my third time staying at this resort and once again everything was wonderful. The bungalows and pool are beautiful. The Coliseum is a great place for breakfast with a very accommodating staff. The staff at the pool is very friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The sunsets are gorgeous. This is a great resort... More
