The staff was great, cheerfully being woken up by me getting a room at 2am. The room was quite clean, with a big comfy chair that I quite loved and a nice supportive mattress. The room was worn and hasn't been updated in quite some time. For a one night stop on a road trip this was a fine choice.

Yes, it was cheap, but that was no excuse for the filth in the room. When we pulled out the drawer for the phone book to look for another room, we found empty food containers and other trash. There were stains on the sheets, no wash clothes or hair dryer. The bath towels such as they were felt like sand... More

Stayed there because we read a review in one of the Route 66 guides that listed it as great value and great stay. Well, it was a great price but it was more like a Motel 6. Beds were OK and the place was fairly clean although there were stains on the carpet just inside the door. Bathroom was in... More

This is an inexpensive hotel in Needles California, as many others in this area. But guess what? It's a really nice place where you can spend a day or two while you are travelling to the Gran Canyon, the LA area, or your favorite destination. The hotel is clean and quite, conveniently located close to I40. I had no problem... More

We were kayaking the Colorado River and just needed a cheap place to stay in the 100 degree heat. It generally fit the bill. The air conditioner wasn't great as it was a wall unit away from the window. It was clean and generally in good shape. Staff were great and friendly.

We stayed here one night while on our Route 66 road trip. This is not the Hyatt or Hilton, but still worth staying. The room was clean, good size and the AC worked great. There is a small pool that was clean and not busy. The manager was very friendly and always greeted us. Your are close to the main... More

I lived here for 3 months while working nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and comfortable. There is a nice pool on site which is surrounded by plants so it sort of feels like an oasis and is a great relief from the heat. It's a cheap, simple, decent roadside motel for those passing through.

Horrible experience!! Room was 120 degrees when we arrived at 9:30pm. Told it would cool down quickly, so we went swimming to wait. Room also had no soap and told out of towels. After an hour it was 100 degrees in the room. Called to complain. Wouldn't help or change room. At 11:30pm we just camped out in the office.... More

The Best Value Inn is old, but it is clean and in good repair. Nothing fancy, but the furniture and bed linens look new, wifi, micro/fridge, and flat screen TV. The towels were a little thin and worn, and there is little water pressure - flushing the toilet was an adventure. Small breakfast of cereal and toast included, no coffee!... More

We didnt intend on staying here but after a previous night in a KOA lodge we decided to book a motel for the next night, It only cost us $35 for the night which was great value. The hotel has ample free parking and complimentary wifi. The room itself was accessible up some stairs and had 2 large beds, cable... More
