BW Elm House Inn was a delightful Surpirse. Despite having the BW logo it has the look and feel of a B&B. Rooms were very well appointed and totally clean. Breakfasts were way beyond what one expects from a Best Western. Elm House owners and staff strive to make their guests' lodging experiences superior, and they succeed. Highly recommended. more

It's the little touches which make this place stand out - freshly baked cookies and warm apple cider in the afternoon, fresh waffles in the morning, a wood fire. Our room was clean, spacious and a little old-fashioned. Very quiet too. Highly recommended for those visiting wine country! more

the hotel was great. breakfast- waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, juice, freshly baked breads. every day the spread was different. the afternoon cookie break was awesome. we asked for the recipe. sadly, we did not get it. the rooms are average, very old fashioned, but they were clean. in the lobby, there is a box of coupons to alot of... more

Not sure what more I can share that hasn't already been stated, but the EHI is wonderful. It's charming, exceptionally clean, quiet and has a FANTASTIC complimentary breakfast. It's the best of a hotel and B&B combined. We stayed in a "king bed, no smoking, garden view" that was actually a separate building from the main building (separated by a... more

I came here for my 40th birthday with a group of family and friends. We all LOVED this hotel!!! The owners are very involved in the running of this Inn and take a lot of pride in ensuring that the guests are taken care of. It has the feel of a well-run B & B. We were greeted at the... more

Don't let the "Best Western" name fool you. This is run by a family and has the look and feel of a bed & breakfast. The staff was so accomodating. more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in October during a wine tasting trip to Napa and Sonoma. The hotel was on a pretty busy street but was still relatively easy to get to. The hotel is more of a Guest House and was really well kept and clean. On check in we were told that we had... more

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Elm House Inn, Napa Ca. We enjoyed our stay. We woke every morning to the Fresh brew of coffee and Waffles. The owners Tom & Connie were very helpful with ideas of where to go eat and things to do. They have a box of coupons on the table and invite... more

We used this Inn as our base of operations to visit wineries in the Napa Valley and also for a day touring Sonoma. It is a very pleasant and well kept inn, with helpful staff. Our room was reasonably sized, and the bathroom was quite modern and very clean. One feature we really liked was that they had a breakfast... more

This is a comfortable Inn. They recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner in Napa. The room and its bathroom were very good value. I was worried that it might be noisy as our room was on a corner on th first floor, but it was quiet all night and we slept well. Having the breakfast included was a great idea.... more
