We only spent one night here but did enjoy the comfortable beds and the spa/hot tub. The manager actually opened it up for us early in the morning which was nice. We had a King size bed and it was a good nights sleep. Conveniently located near the highway but you really cant hear it.

Better than first anticipated.... The beds are very comfortable, quiet, great TV, nice-sized refrigerator, friendly staff. We ended up staying during a second visit to Napa since the price was right and close to wineries. We would stay again to save money on accommodations.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep after visiting all the wineries, I'd recommend this, rooms are big, clean, a little outdated, and staff is friendly. Free WiFi and little fridge in the room. close by to all main hotels, such as Marriott and Hilton. So location is great! Not many amenities, but if you are not... More

I lived in Napa for 20 years until we moved up to Lake Tahoe. My Son and I drove back to see my Ill sister who lives in Napa and is bed ridden with MS. So I called the Chablis one evening and spoke to Darcy. I asked her for one room with two beds. This was for a Tuesday... More

When we visit our friends in Napa it's usually a day trip, but as it's a long haul over the hill for just a few hours with them we decided to stay over this time. Prices in Napa are high even at this off peak time of the year. I waited until our departure day to see if there were... More

My partner and I booked a room at the Chablis for a pre-Valentine's day getaway. We reserved the master suite on advance purchase (major discount given, but it's non-refundable), and it was worth every penny. The jacuzzi was great, and the bed itself was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Plus, Mariela at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave... More

The hotel is well located, just a couple of minutes’ drive downtown. The room is sufficient for one night to rest, the bed was nice, but the bathroom floor tiles were all cracked and hotel in general looks in regular shape. Pool facility is closed at 9pm. Service was basic, not friendly. At the check in, door las locked and... More

Good location and clean rooms. Close to oxbow market and downtown Napa. Helpful staff. Got some nice pointers for things to do from the girl at the front desk. (unfortunately forgot her name) Used www.wineryfinderapp.com to find some amazing discounts on nearby wineries. Don't forget to download the app!

This is not the place to linger in the lobby with coffee but is okay for a clean place to sleep. Easy freeway access. It seems to need updating, esp. in the bathroom. The price was good and was fine for one night after a concert.
