I had a two night stay in May 2009 and I loved the experience. The room was clean and comfortable and very well appointed. The staff at the Inn at the Vines is outstanding in their service with a smile. So friendly and so very helpful. Far and above the norm in their business. Always going that extra step to... more

My wife and I and my wife's sister all headed up to Napa for a Spa treatment and some wine tasting. Because there were three of us we decided to book a suite at the Best Western at $160/night. The suite consists of a large downstairs sitting room with a fold out sofa bed and a smaller upstairs loft with... more

We arrived at Napa valley area without having booked anything. We found this Best Western, but the price didn't match the quality. Fior 160 dollars a night, the rooms were basic. We were told these were the prices around Napa Valley, but we felt we let ourselves down by not booking early and choosing a better place for much less. more

My husband and I spent two nights at the Best Western Inn at the Vines in Napa in Sept 2008. Unknowly, we booked a two story suite which was a pleasant surprise, especially at $149 a night. The main problem was that that suite faced the main road into Napa so the traffic noise was rather loud all night. Other... more

Now don't get me wrong; I love adventure as well as the next person but this Motel is not what one should consider unless there is no alternative. True, hospitality varies and a room should enclose the visitor and shelter the visitor from the outer world. To that degree, BW @ Vines works. Its open Patio, Pool and Whirlpool are... more

Wow nappa valley, we were excited ... But after seeing the location of the hotel, I thought never a best western again. Located on a very busy street. Decorated half way : nice new window treatment and bedding but ugly wall paper. Tiny pool surrounded by an ugly fence. Free Dennys breakfest, not very in the spirit of the valley more

The closer you book your trip the more willing the hotel is to negotiate the price and stay length. Overall a cheap place to stay for a night or two. It's pretty clean. Hallways are kinda old smelling and it looks worn, but the staff was pleasant and accomodating. more

Great hotel for families. The room was decorated really nice and the Denny's breakfast was great. They also heat their pool and keep the jacuzzi at a very nice temperature. The only complaint would be the hallways. They smelled like body odor but once in the room you are fine. The person at the front desk said it was the... more

This place was better than I expected. The staff was friendly, there was free high speed wireless access, the room was clean, and it is located really close to the center of Napa. Its not a high-end hotel by any measure, but if you are looking for a decent hotel in a very expensive area, this place is it. more

I recently stayed here during a weekend of wine tasting and bike riding. The room was sufficiently clean and well-kept and the staff was friendly, but the hotel was not without problems. For starters, the building has to be the worst insulated place I've ever stayed. We could hear every last thing the people upstairs were doing. Just walking around... more
