I was very happy with our accommodations. One of our party did not like that the "trailer" shook when he walked, and the bathroom sink in our unit backed up. However, we did not stay long or we would have called the main desk for some service. The location is excellent, the units were clean and the staff was helpful.

Resort charged $10.00 daily fee for wifi and laundry facility, etc. With my iPhone I didn't need wifi and I didn't do laundry. It should be a part of service or optional. wifi service needed Every 2 hours reconnection and dropped many times during that time. Very slow and not dependable.

We spent a week at RiverPointe Napa Valley Resort and loved every minute of our stay. The cottages are clean, comfortable, and best of all very quiet. No adjoining walls, no upstairs neighbors, and nothing but peace and quiet. Yes the cottages are small, but contain everything needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds are beautiful and the location is... More

We have stayed here before, and both times traded our time share in Massachusetts for Napa Valley. Very comfortable one bedroom with kitchen, including just about everything you need in a kitchen for a one week stay. The effciency across the deck from us was only in use two days while we were there, so we had the entire deck... More

I love the " little Home" feel. No common walls. Like owning your own little home with all the amenities. In the Heart of Napa, the location made traveling easy. The decor is modern and they are very clean. The staff if very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning very soon.

Although River Pointe is a charming resort, I resent the tacked on daily surcharge. I exchanged into this resort to visit family. At check in I was reminded of the $10.00 per day surcharge, which meant an additional $70.00 would be added to my bill. I pay maintenance fees at my home resort, which does not not charge a daily... The units are separate which improves privacy over a typical condo/hotel. The activities were the best thing about the resort. Free wine tastings several evenings, welcome catered breakfast, plus other activities/tours you can purchase. Everyone very friendly and helpful!

We recently spent a week in Napa staying at the RiverPointe Resort. I had checked its website before we left and wondered if it really looked the way the pictures showed. The pictures posted actually were accurate! The cottages are lovely! The bed was so comfortable! We took advantage of three FREE wine tastings provided by the resort. The presenters... More

Spent a week here shortly after the Napa earthquake, but all was okay at the resort. We had a 1 BR unit that had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Most nights we ate out, but 2 nights we enjoyed using the close by barbecue, and having a glass of wine with dinner on our little deck, which overlooked... More

Overall, Riverpointe is awesome. Yes, the rooms are actually trailers (they move them when the river rises, I think), but they are nicely maintained and clean. You get significantly more space if you opt for the one bedroom. A studio is like a hotel room with a small sink, fridge, and counter RIGHT by the bed. A little cramped, can't... More
