This hotel is only a few weeks old and clearly they have problems that need to be worked out. I returned from a day of working to find that at 5pm my room had still not been cleaned. When I called the front desk they said they would send someone - the maids were still in the hall going from room to room at 5pm. Since I needed to get ready for the evening I said no - but would they take off something on the room rate. They said they could not but could only offer me a free continental breakfast. Not what I would say the equivalent of having a dirty room and unmade bed.

When I came back to the room after dinner I turned on the Tv - which did not work. I called the front desk again and they said they would send someone up. In the meantime the maid turn down service ran the bell. the bell was a shrieking alarm that sounded like a fire alarm. Extremely loud.I thought we were evacuating the hotel. When I opened the door the maid tried to explain that I was in a handicapped room... more
