My wife and I stayed three nights at this extremely romantic B&B in early September. This English Tudor style home in Napa was everything we could hope for in a B&B. We had the Candlelight room which is a very large room with a cathedral ceiling, a large bathroom with a two sink vanity and steam sauna in the shower.... more

My husband and I stayed at the Candlelight Inn in January, 2003. At the time, the owners (who were Austrian), were very efficient and professional. I have not stayed there since and hear there is new ownership. So I will comment on the house and area only. There have been comments about the house being in a residential area, some... more

My wife had won a trip through work and we had approximately 12 destinations to choose from. Having never stayed at a B & B before we really didn't know what to expect. Not only because of being a B & B but she doesn't care for non chain, less than 4+ star hotels. I can not say enough about... more

What a wonderful stay! You cannot get better than this B&B in Napa Valley -- top notch across the board. We were celebrating our honeymoon and could not have been more pleased with our experience at the Candlelight Inn. The rooms are wonderful, the grounds and peaceful and quiet, and the innkeepers are excellent and go out their way to... more

My husband and I spent four lovely days with Wendy and her staff. The Inn is cozy and well maintained. The breakfast each morning was three courses and the food was fabulous. It was our 15th anniversary and we are already planning to go back again for our 20th. Each room was beautifully decorated and the surroundings wonderful. I highly... more

We were planning a trip to Half Moon Bay and decided to find a place in Napa Valley for a couple of nights before our conference started. What a treat to find the on-line pictures of the Candlelight Inn were exactly what we saw when we arrived. But the best part for us was the personal attention provided by Wendy... more

My husband and I stayed at the Candlelight inn and we loved it. Wendy was so helpuful and knowlodgeble about the area, the restarurant she recommended was amazing. The inn is clean, confortable and full of little touches like chocolates in the room, little treat bags in the kitchen for the guests and breakfast was wonderful, really delicious. And also... more

My husband and I just returned from Napa, and this B&B was fabulous. We arrived late from San Fran and Wendy had an envelope with our names on it taped to the door. Awaiting us inside was chocolate cake, chilled water with lemon slices, cheese and crackers, and notes about our stay and our schedule for the next morning. Wendy... more

My wife and I went to Napa for our honeymoon. We had wanted to get one of the rooms inside the Inn but the one we wanted was booked. After doing some more research, we found out the Inn has a cottage on the back of the property that is not advertised. We ended up getting that for our stay... more

My husband and I spent two nights at the Candlelight during our honeymoon, and dearly wish we had planned to stay longer. We have stayed at several B&Bs and can honestly say that the Candlelight is by far the best! The house is elegant without being pretentious, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the grounds are stunning. There is... more
