My credit card was cloned here! Run run run! I stayed in August and 48 hours later I got a call from fraud alert on my credit card! The only place I used that card was at this hotel! The manager took my ID and my credit card in the back, he said his machine was broken at the counter.... More

Pros: Location to Google, ample parking; lobby updated Cons: felt like an apartment complex; despite the lobby--the rooms are from the early 90s; oddly, the cold water worked 50% of the time; old tube tv's; breakfast tasted as if it was re-warmed from an earlier date (stick with the cereal); and of course the Cost--With such a big gap between... I appreciated the hotel left the breakfast out a full half hour past the posted time. I despise when hotels start clearing the breakfast exactly atthe posted time. This hotel had good food though nothing special but the staff was friendly and relaxed.

I booked it thinking Aria, like in Las Vegas. Well... it is not that Aria, not even close. One of the phones in the room still had the Holiday Inn Express face plate on it, so I assume it was once a HIE. The staff was very friendly, the room very clean, the AC worked, and so on. No real... More

The Aria is nothing special, but it was fairly cheap, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I didn't get to use the pool, but it also seemed nice enough (although not the best looking pool in the world). Unfortunately when my colleagues and I got home we found out our credit cards had been cloned... More

A group of me and my colleagues all stayed at the Aria hotel. 3 of us received a call from our banks on Sunday informing us our cards had been blocked due to fraudulent activity detected. The common denominator? Hotel Aria. All three of us used our cards to check-in and place a deposit. From then on we did not... More

There just is no where else in Mountain View you get as much for your money as Hotel Aria. Seriously, the place has an awesome pool! What other budget hotels can you lie outside and feel you are in Hollywood and cool down in the heat? It´s the best. The other part about this hotel that is awesome: the wifi!... More

Terrible, craphole, smelly, I was on third floor and when the elevator opened it was like a blast furnace, the upper floor was hotter than any place I've ever been, no air movement, smells rank. The room was no better. It took my breath away. I put the AC on full blast and left for 3 hours, when I returned... More

Pros: Close to lots of shops/restaurants Price Friendly front desk staff Free wi-fi Free parking Felt safe Cons: Old rooms Phone/lamp didn't work No elevator Barely any amenities in room (not even a cup) Free breakfast horrible! Greasy sausage, eggs with America cheese, stale breads (like it's been sitting in the refrigerator); cereal tasted like generic supermarket brand, awful coffee

Hotels should provide two things: comfortable beds, and quiet. This hotel is very loud. The first room I was put it suffered long periodic bouts of loud mechanical humming. I think this was coming form the ice machine, which was crammed under a stairwell against the walls so that the sound transduced directly into the structure. I moved to a... More
