The room was large and clean. They had a tiled walk in shower with rainhead which was very nice with plenty of hot water. Having a hot breakfast (waffles, sausage, fresh fruit, & coffee/tea) helped keep food cost down since we didn't have to buy breakfast. We were only a minutes from restaurants and shops on El Camino Real and... More

I had booked several nights, but left after 1. They were nice to only charge for that 1 night (which added 1 star). I had left due to not being able to sleep due to noise. On the top floor there seems to be an issue with air-co or water heaters causing the ceiling to violently rattle at 6am until... More

Room was really big and nice with all expected things in place. Breakfast was too basic, can't eat it twice. Staff was courteous and responsive. They advertise that Jacuzzi in the bath but it is quite basic and does not add any fun to your stay. Seems little overpriced. If you are not hooked up to location, can get better... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night, which was lucky, as it was a very poor hotel for that amount of money. The unit I stayed is facing the main road and it was so noisy in the night. The hotel seems very dated, old slow elevator, and noisy AC. Breakfast was motel quality or less. The staff received... More

Have stayed here multiple times (not by choice) on business in different rooms. PROS: -Maids are nice and attentive. -King Bed is comfortable, different pillow firmness -Keurig machines in room CONS: -Overpriced for what you get -No restaurant or gym on site. -Front door requires keycard after 10pm -Free breakfast is crap and ends at 9am sharp. -Business center is... The key points for this hotel are: 1.) Good staff: Mrs. Mercedes is the best front desk attendants. 2.) Average breakfast: no waffle machine and chocolate machine is not there anymore 3.) Good location (901 E. El Camino Real) for people travelling on business nearby Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino. 4.) Free Parking and Free Wifi (not that good, but... More

I travel to Mountain View often on business and hadn't stayed at the Crestview until recently. I've stayed there twice recently now so feel it's fair to comment. The best things about it are location relative to Mountain View businesses and rooms are a good size. Other than that it's not great. They allow smoking in the building, not many... More

I stayed at the CrestView for two nights on a business trip. I was fortunate that my company managed to find a room at the CrestView Hotel, when most hotels in the area were booked to capacity. The room was a very pleasant surprise. Reasonably modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel does... More
