I came to Mt. Shasta for the July 4th festivities and got one of the last rooms in town. I was pleasantly surprised by the nightly room rate but skeptical about the condition of the place. I was happy to find a clean room, comfy bed, and microwave & fridge. The motel is easy to find and close to town.... More

We had a wedding to attend so had to reserve our rooms in advance and had I spent more in reading the review I would never had booked so many rooms. I was so embarrassed to have my family and friends stay in this hotel. Dirty, no respect for the amount we had to pay and then to see holes... More

So, you just need a place to crash for the night... and you are so tired that you won't remember the condition of the building, then this place is for you. This INN is listed as a Hotel, but it is by all accounts a Motel. No shampoo etc in the shower and no one at the office to help.... More

We had a 2 double bed room reserved and were upgraded to a 2 queen room. The room was clean, but in need of cosmetic upgrades. Newer LED TV with fridge and microwave. Good place if you are not worried about the little details. Just nice.

First off, do not stay here!! I was on a fire about a hour north of this place. This was the place the fire sent us to sleep at after working all day and night. When we got there the pool was empty and it just looked ran down. We got our key to our room and opened the door... More

On the way back from Death Valley, it was getting late and everyone in the party was getting dog tired. We picked a likely motel name at random from the list that Garmin gave us for the next town: the Pine Needles Motel. Apparently since the last time my GPS was updated, the motel underwent a rebranding to the current... More

We checked in very late calling ahead briefly before check-in to make a reservation. We had not planned on staying at a hotel in Mount Shasta and did not take the time to research our choice. Big Mistake. My husband said he called many places before this one but they were full. When we arrived we were so tired we... More

This motel is not a good choice especially in winter. The room was very cold and the heater worked but was very noisy. The room is not furnished very well and not particularly inviting. The price for what we got was not good. Look elesewhere.

This is probably the worse place I ever stayed. Over-priced, smelly, we were so exhausted when we arrived we thought we wouldn't care where we stayed...not true. Woke up to the sun shining through a burn hole in the blinds. Dusty, just plain dirty. I wouldn't complain if it was reasonable, but it wansn't!

My father and I stayed here when we came up to Summit Mt. Shasta. He found this and reserved it because it was at the top of the list (A1). We arrived after a 10 hour drive up from Los Angeles, and were absolutely exhausted. The first room reeked horribly of smoke and curry. I politely asked him if he... More
