My husband and I stayed the night at this Best Western as a stopover on our drive from the Willamette Valley in OR to Napa Valley, CA. First, it seemed pretty apparent as we drove into town that the Best Western is THE place to stay in Mt. Shasta. It's a small, sleepy town and you can tell that the... More

We enjoyed our stay there, just drove in for the night. We thought the price was too high for a Sunday night but stayed. Loved the idea of the bar/restaurant on premises, food was good, great atmosphere. This hotel is quite cute, very cabinish, clean comfortable room.

Great place to stay - CALL AHEAD a few days. I recommend you ask for a room in the front wing with a mountain view - it is worth the money, when Mt. Shasta is out of the clouds. The restaurant is good, but I suggest if you want a killer steak dinner you go to Mike and Tony's. If... More

On our way to Crater Lake stayed at BW Plus Treehouse in Mt. Shasta, CA. I must say, the room was wonderful, bed REALLY comfortable. Good food and drinks in lounge/bar. Thomas, waiter/bartender, was extremely friendly and helpful. Even offered to go buy a ginger ale for me (they were out) for a drink I wanted! Check in was perfect,... More

A very nice stop - a surprise in enjoyability, quality, comfort, and amenities. The full breakfast with a nice view of Mt. Shasta, the full sized lap pool, Cooper Lounge, variety of room choices, outside secluded garden sitting area, are to be enjoyed.

This was our second time here and the accomadations are excellent. The staff is great and the food is good. Much like the first time. .You are near the city and close to the town of McCloud where we hiked the three falls. On our first trip, ten years ago we hiked Mt. Shasta to horse camp at 7000 feet.... This is our third visit here and we've enjoyed ourselves each time. Nice location. Clean and inviting. Reasonable rate. Pool, jacuzzi, breakfast. A long list of positives and very few negatives (the fireplace was being repaired this visit -- so there's that!). This visit started out in an incredibly positive manner when we walked into the lobby and were greeted... More

We've stayed at this hotel in the past and enjoyed it. This time not so much. We paid a premium for a Mountain View. What a joke. We could barely see the mountain above the roofs in front of us. Since I'm a Diamond member with Best Western we were supposedly given an upgrade but if this is an upgrade... More

This place is very special. The amenities are exceptional, too. The restaurant and the pool are among the nicest you will find. No need to go elsewhere although the rest of Mount Shasta is worth seeing as well. It's a little spendy but it won't set you back too bad if you are not staying long. We stayed two days.... More

My family and I stayed here for three nights and were please with the quality of the rooms and service. The price of the room with got with the view of Mt. Shasta was very reasonable. The pool is well taken care of and clean. My two boys loved finding all the different passages from one point of the hotel... More
