Beautiful hotel but there's nothing special here. Standard rooms that are grossly overpriced at $160 a night and the standard morning continental breakfast with some hot foods (scrambled eggs, sausage and ham). I stayed in two rooms as my husband was in the hospital for surgery. The first was a very small single queen and the second was a king.... More

Very good Best Western Plus. Beautiful rooms (many with excellent views of Mt. Shasta), great location and setting, very clean and comfortable. It is decorated with a lodge atmosphere that is very appropriate to the Alpine location. We stayed in a two queen suite, which was huge, and could have easily accommodated more than the three of us. When we... More

It started when we pulled right up to the hotel - right off I5. Fantastic location. They have a Tesla charging station in front. We weren't driving one, but thought it was cool anyway. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! We drove to our room... We had a "front" door but since we faced the grass courtyard... More

My wife and I were looking for a place that we could stay where we could have our dogs with us and booked our rooms before we left for Oregon. We didn't expect much after our first night in Eureka but when we got to the Three House in Mt Shasta we were really surprised at the quality of the... More

We had a balcony room with a mountain view, probably one of the better rooms. This is a large property, there are four buildings, three of them devoted to rooms and the fourth building was the lobby and restraunt. The units tie together in a rather interesting and complicated manner reminding me of a treehouse which might be where it... More

Husband had a conference and I went along for fun. This was a great hotel! The woodwork was unique and beautiful, and the room was very large and comfortable. But the best part was that all of the hotel staff were so pleasant and helpful..... not the fake kind of friendly, but genuine. Would definitely go back.

I went into the Tree House Inn for a room but unfortunately it was all booked up. The staff member who helped me named Danielle was extremely nice and helpful in finding me a new place to stay. Next time I go through Mt. Shasta I will definitely book a room and look forward to working with her.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. (just a little dissapointed that I did not have a balcony, maybe next time) Made use of their pool and hot tub and the children enjoyed their swimming.. Great breakfast each morning and our tummy full.

We stayed one night here on a road trip with a family of four including two teens. We had a large room that had two queen beds and then a third queen in a separate area. The size of the room was enormous. While the building is not modern, the facilities were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.... More

This was a great place to stay. Character of hotel matched the area. Service and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was great and with an outside eating area, which was delightful. The room was large and accomodated 3 persons easily. Separate sink outside of bathroom allowed ease in using the facilities.
