We were upgraded (free) to a nicer handicap room due to my husband's broken foot and our room's little balcony had a perfect view of Mt. Shasta. Room service dinner was excellent and the hotel breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. They will not give you a tray to carry it up to your room, though.

This Hotel has a very charming mountain and bear theme and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are extremely spacious with a vanity sink and a sink in the bathroom. All rooms have a balcony or patio with awesome views of the Mountain. The swimming pool is the largest Hotel pool I have ever seen and the hot tub is quaintly... More

Okay, so this isn't what some may consider a resort, but given the beautiful room we had and a million dollar view, we felt as though we were in a more "high end" hotel. First, the check in went smoothly. A young lady named Natalie couldn't have been sweeter as she got us quickly to our room. As we walked... More

We had the good luck of stopping here for a night on last year's vacation. We loved it so much that we planned to make it a longer stay this year. We especially love the pool, the restaurant, and that they have a laundry room. The hotel room is beautiful and comfy.

Easy check in and the rooms were ok. I felt that the room was a bit pricey for what we got. The rooms were very dated. The breakfast was fine, not great. The restaurant for dinner was lame. The service was abysmal and the food mediocre.

We stop here at our trips up and down I-5 because of the Tesla Supercharger station. But beyond that, it's a comfortable, well maintained hotel with all of the necessities. Ask for a room with a view of Mt Shasta - it's majestic!

I can't put my finger on it, but the BW Plus Tree House seems to get better every year. The outdoor seating was completed since our 2013 visit I know. The guestroom were fine - the AC very good! The staff has always been great. The pool and hot tub are great...

The Best Western in Mt. Shasta was a really terrific choice for our first trip to Mt. Shasta. The hotel rooms are very spacious and included a large mini-fridge & microwave. I also appreciated that bathroom had two sinks - one inside the toilet/shower area and one just outside of it. We paid a little extra for a mountain view... More

Have been traveling to Mt. Shasta for many years and this is by far the best hotel for the price in the area. Centrally located, free breakfast, a pool for the kids, delicious food and friendly helpful staff. Price is very fair for what you get. If you have children and are traveling to Mt. Shasta I highly recommend it!

High were hopes and expectations of this motel. We were not disappointed. Lovely motel, great staff and wonderful breakfast! Close to freeway, clean rooms, and comfortable beds! We would stay there again on our way north.
