Stayed in the chalet overlooking the lake and I give this resort 7 stars. Absolutely fantastic place and so comfortable, peaceful, clean, friendly and great value. Was sad to leave. Also ate in Restaurant and it was great. It's also not far from the City of Mt Shasta but far enough from the train tracks. Was very impressed with all... More

Reviews we read here inspired us to stay at this place on August 17 while on our way to California. We had a large bedroom, a spacious living area, and a big deck with a view of the lake. Unfortunately housekeeping and maintenance of our unit was at a standard lower than I have seen anyplace else in North America,... More

We had a wonderful stay in a one bedroom chalet facing the lake. The unit was well appointed and sunsets from our deck were so lovely we cooked twice and ate in! Lots of beautiful hikes in the area for hikers of all abilities and everyone was warm and welcoming. We lucked into unit 123 but I suggest requesting it... More

The hotel is located a few miles from the freeway close to a residential area. At checkin you will be given a map to your cabin, or chalet as they call them. These are all located a short distance from the main building, in the woods near a lake. We had a cabin for two, and it was very spacious.... More

We stayed in a chalet about a quarter mile from the Main building and restaurant. The room was spacious and fairly comfortable, filled with rustic furnishings. Heating/cooling in the room was provided by a noisy amana wall unit, so I would recommend that you cool the room before bedtime, turn off the air conditioner, then open the front window, so... More

We recently had the opportunity to hold our annual Hot Rod car show at this beautiful resort. I have never had such great hospitality and service in any events I have been involved with. The brunch was excellent. The parking was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make everyone feel right at home. I would highly... More

We were delighted with the lake-view one bedroom chalet we stayed in. It was very spacious and had a view of Lake Syskiyou through the trees. Nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. AC and Heat in the chalets. Fold out sofa in common area with folding door to bedroom. The Resort has amazing views of Mt. Shasta. There is an... More

Very nice Chalet, I was surprised how big it was. 2 Bedrooms one Bathroom with Toilet and another extra Toilet. Big open Kitchen, Little terrace and directly on top of Siskiyou Lake. It felt like living in the woods. Lovely. Very silent. I stayed a week and enjoyed my stay. Only had once Lunch at the Restaurant and I did... More

Booked a two bedroom lake view cabin for four nights and enjoyed every minute. Kitchen had adequate supplies for cooking, large living area and two nice sized bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of closet and dresser space. The deck was great, with a view of Lake Siskiyou. There is a 7 mile path around that lake that you... More

We stayed here last night in rm 214, one of the triplex chalets and absolutely loved it. There are many accommodations here; duplex, triplex, etc.. it's really in the forest near the lake so you feel like you're in the woods and back to nature, plus the amazing views of mount Shasta from the dining area. Bring your golf clubs... More
