I've stayed at this resort a total of three times now and absolutely love it, and the area. The lakeside chalets are big, clean, quiet and comfortable. The king bed is SUPER comfortable and even the sofa sleeper was nice! The *only* downside is the cable is not good. Wifi can be spotty, too. But overall? Fantastic. The staff at... More

We’ve stayed here a couple of time now. Very nice setting, great Golf Course, and things to do nearby. Price is reasonably if you want to take advantage of the kitchens in the units. The restaurant is great, great food and service. The units have been remodeled, some better than others but overall nicely done. Here are just a couple... More

Love the golf course. Beautiful backdrop of Mt. Shasta. Great restaurant and bar with great service. Appetizers and prime rib were great. Room was nice. We had a woodland room without a porch so that was a bummer. Rooms had a fridge and microwave and nice bedroom furniture.

The room had a mildew odor. The family next door was so loud with their small children after midnight and they were banging the wall (our bed wall) so aggressively I thought they might crash into our bedroom. We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after the closing time of 9 PM and were not allowed to eat. This... More

This is an amazing resort, the chalets by the lake are wonderful. It is possible to go out for a good walk too and if the weather is good, I highly recommend a jump into the river. Stayed for a week in the Chalet by the lake (perfect) and spent one nigt in the king room (both amazing). If you're... More

The rooms are simply wonderful... like renting an entire house, complete with gas fireplace, full size living room, dining area and full kitchen. The porch with outdoor table and chairs is a nice touch, too. Like a home away from home, this perfectly kept property also has a nice clubhouse with delicious food and friendly staff. I will definitely return,... More

$240 per night for 2 bedroom chalet not worth it given that: check-in is at 4 PM (we actually waited till 4:20 PM for room to be ready) check-out at 11 AM if you want later pay extra (hence we had to wait for our room to be ready. Front desk check-in staff flat, by the book, no charisma. (check... More

Stayed in the chalet overlooking the lake and I give this resort 7 stars. Absolutely fantastic place and so comfortable, peaceful, clean, friendly and great value. Was sad to leave. Also ate in Restaurant and it was great. It's also not far from the City of Mt Shasta but far enough from the train tracks. Was very impressed with all... More

Reviews we read here inspired us to stay at this place on August 17 while on our way to California. We had a large bedroom, a spacious living area, and a big deck with a view of the lake. Unfortunately housekeeping and maintenance of our unit was at a standard lower than I have seen anyplace else in North America,... More

We had a wonderful stay in a one bedroom chalet facing the lake. The unit was well appointed and sunsets from our deck were so lovely we cooked twice and ate in! Lots of beautiful hikes in the area for hikers of all abilities and everyone was warm and welcoming. We lucked into unit 123 but I suggest requesting it... More
