Friendly owners, clean rooms. The power went out in the town and the owner brought over a candle for us. Good location in center part of town and near good eating options. Can park directly out the front of the room. Much better than a super 8 we stayed in in Arcata and cheaper price. Wifi working. Good budget option.

Despite the other reviews, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay! The owners were incredibly accommodating with our strange schedule, the rooms are clean, the water is hot, and the AC works. Obviously do not expect luxury, but for a budget stay in this town it is exactly what we were looking for.

First of all DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It smelled dirty when you walk in, the rooms are TINY and cramped. Beds are not comfortable nor are the pillows. Carpets were nasty. TV dates back to the 70's and was tiny. Bath towels were the size of hand towels and were thin. Owners were rude. Was traveling with my... More

First of all, don't let the looks of the outside of this motel fool you. It looks decent but it's not. The rooms are small, I get that, but this room smelled like stale smoke and mold. The furniture was old mis matched and broken down. The air conditioner was blowing damp air not cold air. The bed was so... More
