Very large campground with close but mostly private sites. Great location next to the lake, good for family swimming. Short hikes possible from the campground. Bears were a problem due to trash cans not being bear safe.

We had such a great time camping at Lake Siskiyou. The camp sites are large and separated, the views are spectacular and there is a general store if you forgot to bring something. My wife and I both left thinking that this was probably our new favorite place to camp. There is lots to do for the kids with the... More

We had sixty people in our group, we rented cabins, camp sites and full hook up sites. We have been camping here for about 35 years. This is the first time we rented a cabin. Location right on the lake, very nice. Beds terrible, floors not cleaned, sliding door hard to open. If they would clean and do maintenance they... More

We had seen photos of the lake inflatables and, being fans of the TV show "Wipeout," my kids wanted to try. We were shocked to have to pay per person to get into the camp area. Then we had to pay $7 per person for an hour on the inflatables. For a family of 4 it cost $28! It was... More

I live in Siskiyou Co.. And we had family coming up for a visit. We thought this place would be great...WRONG! 1. Rude workers at gate. 2. Over priced almost 400.00 for 2 nights. 3. Check in at 4, checkout at 11 That's why we rented for 2 nights so kids can play and clean up before leaving. 4. The... More

We stayed here in Cabin M6--it was clean and located in a quiet and more secluded area (note: it is furthest away from the beach, though). I left the windows open all night and heard only crickets. Nice! There was enough stuff for the kids to do to keep them happy (we are media-free, so we appreciated all the outdoor... More

Certain staff is very rude to the public and when you get there make sure you check out your campsite like we did when we got there we had broken picnic tables and when we told them they never sent someone up to get them out of the way, the trash was not picked up out of campsite when we... More

Location, Location, Location...Lake Siskiyou Resort, sits on the lake with a full frontal view of beautiful Mt. Shasta. The views from the beach and lake of the mountain are unbelievable and breathtaking. When the sun is pounding hot 100+ in the valley, you can escape to the mountains and enjoy milder temperatures and a clean beautiful alpine lake. In the... More
