As we stayed in our cab over camper it was a lovely spot. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was just right for our honeymoon adventure. We stayed 3 nights total and plan to come back! Close to town and snowy runs this was the perfect spot!

Other than RV site, They have comfortable cabins both deluxe and standard suitable for different taste and different needs. Location is a plus and off course the property owner is kind and accommodating. We had some issue with power outlet and he moved us to a differ cabin in the middle of the night. He in fact helped us jump... More

This is a very basic RV park, good for overnight or for a few days while visiting the area. As a KOA, it comes with all the amenities; pool, store, game room, restrooms, showers, full hookups (30&50 amp), dump station, playground and wifi. Not inexpensive either. And expect no frills. This is a good RV resort that gets the job... More

we travel with our dog so having places to walk him, and a fenced dog run is really important to us. There is a small pet walk area that is suitable for small dogs. We missed having a fenced dog run, the 12 other KOAs we stayed at all had one. The campsite was quiet and well cared for. Charmaine... More

We stayed here for one night on a trip to Oregon. The office personnel were great, friendly and helpful. We had a little cabin with a bathroom. It was very tiny, but for one night it was doable. However, the room had a really bad mildew smell that made me a bit sick all night. Looking closely at the floor... More

KOA campgrounds were all created years ago before big rigs. They are not designed for tall and long rigs towing cars. Although this campground has full hookups and a pool, it only has wi-fi at the office and no cable TV. KOAs are always one of the most expensive campgrounds at which to stay but sometimes they are the only... More

We are new RV'ers. After driving several miles and hours we were looking forward to some relaxing and rest. When we arrived the office staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we knew what was available in the park. We didn't use the pool or the showers but from walking around it looked to be in good order.... More

Came during July, 2015 as part of a West Coast camping road trip with my family. It was hot so the pool at the KOA was nice and cool to get out of the heat. The sites are nicely spaced. The KOA is just a couple of minutes from downtown Mt Shasta City. This KOA is a decent enough place... More

Do not usually think of KOA when I have a tent. This KOA had a large, separate, forested area just for tents. Was secluded, quiet and yet close enough to walk to the bathroom, rec center and pool. Clean bathrooms, and free showers. Good price for tenting. Adorable town.

Nice clean and close to town. But the train tracks run next to the camp ground and you can feel the ground move and it sounds like you are going to get run over by the trains that seem to pass by all night long. I guess if you stay in town you might feel the same way. I do... More
