Great lodging at a reasonable price! Checked in here at the last minute on a Thursday night as my husband and I traveled up Highway 1 on vacation. I'm so glad we chose this place! Colleen at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating. Room was spacious, clean, and had a nice water view. Middle of summer so we... More

Ascot suites had the perfect location- we had a view of Morro Rock from our large room, friendly & helpful staff- thanks Colleen for great recommendations. The happy hour w/ California wines was a nice benefit. Easy parking & walkable to downtown or the harbor.

This is a beautiful hotel and a great value too. From the beginning, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was great, walking distance to the shops and restaurants, but not so close to be noisy. This is a quiet, restful little community, which is what we look for. For nightlife, you can go to Pismo and come... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful hotel with very nice decorations. Room had a fireplace and a whirlpool. Also had a balcony with view of ocean which was nice. When we arrived they were doing a free wine tasting which was nice. The lady that checked us in could not have been nicer and gave us... More

Spacious rooms with an open fire place and couches. Bathrooms are OK. Plenty of parking place within the hotels premises. Complementary wine pouring is served every evening in the lobby. Friendly staff that don’t hesitate to assist. The hotel is only two blocks from the docks with a great variety of restaurants. There’s a furnished roof deck overlooking the bay... More

This is a beautiful place in a lovely town. The hotel is beautiful and the desk staff Coleen was so nice; she even made dinner reservations for us. This town is so picturesque and Morro Rock is amazing. We took this trip for my birthday - a chance to see the Pacific Coast and drive US 1. We loved it!

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectation. We booked this hotel via an Express Deal Priceline. We paid about $120USD for a night and wasn't expecting anything fantastic. However, when we stepped into the hotel, we were blown away! The front staff were friendly and attentive. Perhaps the highlight of the stay were our room. Our room has an Edwardian... More

We arrived very very late at this hotel and the doors were locked. We pretty much thought we were screwed for accommodation for the night but the manager had actually left a note for us to call him when we arrived. It was a bit shameful for us to call at 2am however he was up and he told us... More

This is one of the better places in town to stay. When we come here to see family we stay here. Overall the place is very nice but we are starting to see the wear and tear with very little upkeep!!! Maybe because we stay here so often that I am beginning to see the little things; cracks int the... More
