Total ripoff - the staff was so poorly managed and the entire hotel is falling apart. I'm well traveled and have stayed at some horrible places, but this place takes the cake. Stay in your car before you get a room at this place! more

My husband and I arrived in Morro Bay and were given the keys to a "quiet" upstairs room. We have been enjoying the Inn for several decades but have now found that, under new ownership, the management of the Inn is unacceptably poor. It shows itself in the performance of the staff, in the (once outstanding) dining, and in the little amenities in the room. more
