I've been staying mainly at motels from Monterey to Santa Barbara and even such places as Roseville near Sacramento and a couple of motels in San Diego. Plus side: Less expensive than other places. Barely adequate. Free (but sloooow) wireless internet. Free local calls. Free "breakfast", but we couldn't bring ourselves to delve into that. Cleanish. Easy walk to downtown or embarcadero. Minus side: You will clearly hear people speaking in normal voices in their rooms next door and/or out in front. You will smell car exhaust... more

Location, Great. Room, Comfortable. Staff, very helpful. Not the newest but it was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next trip., The location is as good as it gets. more

The motel is located only one block away from the ocean. The room was clean and the wifi is available. I would stay here again next time I visit Morro Bay. more

This hotel is HORRIBLE! The window wouldn't lock, we could hear the guy snoring next door all night, we could feel the springs in the mattress in our backs, there were blood stains and who knows what else on the pillows, cigarette burns in the sheets, mold in the shower, not to mention numerous fire code violations, trash all over... more

The location is great, one block from the "strip" and an easy walk to the down town where the non-tourists hang out.
