My husband and I enjoyed our visit to the Sandpiper Inn. Our hosts was such a wonderful family, they offered great service as well. We had a nice view from our room and it was very clean and extra comfortable. Nice value. Look forward to our next visit!

We stayed at the Sandpiper Inn for a quick weekend getaway to Paso Robles wine country. It's about 25 miles from the vineyards. Morro Bay is such a cute little town, very quiet, yet tourist friendly. We've been there a couple of times and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The Sandpiper Inn is clean, very affordable, and a short walking distance... More

Very good value but the thin walls kept us up throughout the night because we could hear the neighbor coughing repeatedly. Also, I sleep with ear plugs and it sounded as if they were in our room. This is the only reason I wouldn't stay here again.

We stopped at the Sandpiper Inn on our way through Morro Bay. It's a basic motel but this was all we really needed for one night - a place to sleep and shower. Rooms were a decent size and clean and tidy with things like fridge, microwave and coffee-making facilities if you use those kinds of things (we didn't). Free... More

Stayed here one night with my wife and son, on our way from L.A. to SFO. The manager was very nice, and check in was very fast. The room might be a bit old, but it was clean and comfortable. The location is great, just a few blocks from restaurants and attractions. It is very quiet at night, and we... More

Sandpiper Inn is conveniently located 5 minutes by foot from the Morro Bay waterfront strip with restaurants, shops and the famous Morro Rock. The motel is very reasonably priced for the area with prices ranging from about $45 on weekdays through $120 on the weekend. Rooms are are clean and equipped with standard motel amenities (queen bed, shower tub, sink,... More

2 adults with 2 king rooms were very pleased. A coffee maker, fridge and microwave are great conveniences. The rooms are very clean and maid service is thorough. The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable but I slept very well thank you after a day of seeing the sights. Parking is easy and free right in from t... More

True, this use to be one of the Best places in town when the Older Lady had it No matter what day of the year it was, we were able to get a room at $84.00's per night, not any more, the last time we called it was twice the amount even though we were return customers, this goes to... More

Hello There, I hope you are doing well. I am sorry you felt the way that you did. I must say that you do not have a right to say that we don't care for our customers or that we are after "bucks". We offer much more than the previous owner did. And I am sure that if you had... More

I called for the reservation a few weeks before...No problem getting a reservation and kind words greeting me as I drove up to the inn...The hotel clerk was very nice, as was the maid who I've seen there for many years..I am always greeted with a smile...The rooms were nice and clean, the bed comfortable....The location of the hotel is... The hotel is in a great location for the centre, State Park and golf course. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room had suffered a leak from the room above at some stage, and there was paint peeing from the walls in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was fine, clean and with a reasonable amount of space. We... More
