The hotel was nice and cute. In walking distance of the little shops and restaurants. We wouldn't stay there again though due to the walls being so thin. We could hear the people above us very clearly. They walked around and talked very late in to the night. The property could use a little updating.

Had a one night stay for six (3 adults and 3 children) in two separate, ground floor, rooms. Both rooms were clean and basic. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and pier area. Had a wonderful early morning walk, before leaving the next morning. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast provided the next morning was good. This was... More

We stayed 1 night, Bed was comfortable, Room was clean. Price was average for the area. Staff was friendly. Basic Motel. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, this time it was under new ownership. We had a room on ground floor, near steps, It was not the owners fault that the 2 men upstairs were heavy walkers,... The draw: clean, comfortable, reasonable rates Inn on an elevation that gives a picture perfect view of the iconic Morro Bay Rock. Dusk finds the sun slipping slowly along side the weathered monolith with colors. Evening and early morning fog rolls in to the soft sound of a distant foghorn. At times seals or possibly sea lions can be heard... More

We stayed for a night at this motel and were pleasantly surprised by their rooms and service. Please note this is a “No-frills” motel with a great view of Morro Bay and the “Rock”. Check in was quick and fast. Rooms were neat and clean including the carpets which were not torn or worn out. The restrooms were also neat... More

We pre-booked for one night as part of our road trip. We had rooms on the ground floor but they were comfortable and clean without much noise from those above. We had coffee making facilities and a fridge. Motel within easy walking distance of the shops/restaurants and a nice stroll along the harbour with a view of Morro Rock. My... More

We were passing through and only spent a night here, but for the reason it's a good place to stay. We had an upstairs room which had a really good view of the Morro Bay Rock, that was a nice bonus. The room basic but clean and comfortable. It's not the largest room I've stayed in, but it was only... More

We stayed at this hotel when it was a Rodeway Inn so we generally knew what to expect. It met our expectations. The room was clean and in reasonably good condition. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and a bare bones continental breakfast was included. Management and staff were always friendly and courteous.

The management (owner?) was very pleasant. There was, however a $5 fee for the typical 'freebie's' normally available at motels/hotels. Breakfast was included-but consisted of cold cereal (Two choices) and pieces of muffins (also two choices).

We took this one as a value deal on booking.com. It is a very basic motel however our room was freshly painted and was very clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We couldn't get our basin tap to run anything other than cold water. Our neighbors in adjoining rooms were very noisy. We didnt bother with breakfast which was limited... More
