Been staying here as my first choice for years. The rooms are always clean and the rates offered are a real value. The rooms are modest but offer microwave and refrig with a coffee maker. WiFi is a big plus.No spa. No fountains. No room service...just an ice machine. and great location. Give 'em a try.

It did not feel like we were in a motel. We felt more like we were in a bed and breakfast. The neat decorations, special touches such as real coffee cups, etc. made this a very enjoyable stay. The owners were very nice and did their best to please and assist us.

We have stayed at the Sundown Inn several times and have always found it a pleasant experience. The owners are on premises and take pride in their establishment. The location is convenient to Morro Bay attractions, actually walking distance to the waterfront shops and restaurants.
