Located one block above the boardwalk in the Morro Bay embarcadero area. Some rooms have obstrcuted views of bay and some have better views. Can see the Morro Rock from all rooms. The view is everything here, avoid bottom floors, they let out into parking lot. Not very cozy. Room was clean, shower tile floor had not been scrubbed in a while. Probably worth it to spend a little more on a not so basic hotel. More
