I spent two days at the Bayfront Inn. It is located at the north end of the Embarcadero, across the street from the docks. I had one of the ocean view rooms, room 15, and had a beautiful view of Morro Rock. I could hear the birds and the seals. The room was small but not uncomfortably so. The room... More

About the only thing this motel has going for it is the location. That's about it. There is only one room with 2 beds and it is verrrry awkwardly set up. Room is not square, so beds don't sit side by side. It is extremely cramped. To say the room is tiny is an understatement. My closet at home is... More

This is a good hotel. The rooms are small (cozy) but they are clean and have a good décor to them. The view is second to none...you are right there next to all the restaurants, harbor, and the big rock. They give you complimentary coupons for local eateries and there is a great breakfast place directly adjacent to the hotel.... More

Yes, the place accepts dogs but the room was tiny and the view was obstructed by an outside wall. No desk to write on, no space for a desk! It is clean but too small to be comfortable. It was very noisy the first night.

Guest booked through Booking.com. a Standard Queen Room. There was no declaration of him bringing a Pet. He did not book a room with a view through booking.com which there is an option. We declare our room sizes online. He was sent a confirmation on his booking date that indicated that the room was not a view room. Our website... More

I loved this place. It meets all my criteria for a good accommodation. Squeaky clean, great bed, perfect location to watch the fishing boats come in, and very well priced. Lots of extras--breakfast, keurig coffee, certificate for a tastey and fattening cinnamon roll from the bakery next door and a certificate for fish and chips at local fish shop. The... More

Expensive for what we got. The room was very clean and nicely decorated but, very, very tiny. Thin walls, therefore noisy. No AC, therefore tough on a warm day. There was hot water but never warm, it was either too hot or too cold. The hotel is perfectly located and we got a parking permit, very convenient. The staff was... More

We are a Motel revival, not a new construction and our standard rooms are appx 11.5X11.5 feet not including the closet or bath. Remember the old days...small rooms. Our location is not to be compared as we are the closest to the ROCK and across from the bay. There is NO a/c here nor is there for most motels or... More

The inn is an older one and the rooms are small, but everything else was great! Comfortable and clean and the rooms have Kuerigs and coffee, water, juice and a basket of snacks which included salt water taffy. Nice little breakfast room and coupons for warm cinnamon buns from the cafe next door. The lady at the desk directed us... More

This is an old and small hotel with a view of the waterfront and Morro Bay Rock – an 580-foot-high volcanic plug just off the coast, but connected to land by a sand spit and roadway. The property is old, the rooms are tiny, but the staff is eager to please. You get candy when you check in, and coupons... More

This place was fantastic! It's everything they claim to be. Great bed, clean linens, clean room, lots of extras. We got a welcome basket with saltwater taffy, cookies, pretzels and some fun size candy. Two bottles of water already in the fridge! Keurig coffee machine with two regular coffees as well as two decaf. Also received a complimentary 5 piece... More

This hotel is directly across the street from the harbor. The hotel is small inside and the rooms are the same. Reminded me of the early 60's. Yes I can remember the 60's I was a teenager. Its just walking distance to the beach and the like I said the harbor. You can see the rock vividly and that's the... More
