Terrible hotel. Floor lamp unplugged. No place to plug in. Lampshade all coffee stained. Crumbs at base of night table, crumbs and pills on floor by bed. Dead flies in bathtub & behind amenities on sink. Grout all moldy. White, thick gunk over the toilet paper holder. Only 1 coffee packet. Asked for more coffee & was told we could... More

This is the worst place to stay. pool has a huge crack in it, jacuzzi is dirty. Be prepared to pay for your stay prior to checking out. Rooms are NOT Quality and neither is breakfast. two of the 5 days we stayed they were out of milk for breakfast, Never knew whether I was getting decaf or reg coffee.... More

Was on a road trip from Palm Springs to San Francisco and decided to stop off here as had done more than enough driving for one day! I tried a few other hotels but they where fully booked in town and this was the first that had rooms available so thought from the outside looked ok! While I was checking... More

We stayed at The Quality Inn for one night in July. The only reason I chose this hotel was because I booked through Southwest Airlines Rocketmiles and got 7000 points. It was sketchy to say the least. The hotel smells badly of cigarette smoke and it's pretty dingy. The room was so old and worn - there is only so... More

Room was dirty, stains everywhere, messy beds, radio was on, sliding door was open, bathroom towels were messy of shelf. Old outdated furniture. Worn sheets. Amenities offered complimentary breakfast but keep in mind there are only two tables and two small counters of food. The tables are literally in the kitchen. I would suggest you keep driving and find another... More

We chose this hotel because we have usually had good experiences with Quality Inn hotels. But we failed to note that this is one of the few Quality Inn hotels that has smoking rooms. The smoking odor was horrible, especially on the 2nd floor. It permeated not only the rooms, but also the hallway. I strongly advise that non-smokers not... More

This hotel works if your on a tighter budget and won't be spending much time in your hotel. This hotel worked pretty good for our sporting event. Super close to sporting events, pool area nice for large gatherings with good laundry facility. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired with the very basics and difficult with large groups. Prices seem... More

The poor staff. They were wonderful. I saw two different rooms, and without the details, especially at the price even low as it was relative to what their top prices are. Well if you lke clean, go somewhere else. Too awful to even describe the first room I was in. The second was better but still had spilled coffee on... More

We had a nice, clean and big room (205). Breakfast was ok actually - sliced bread, bagel, sausages, OJ, waffles, fruit, cereals. But the breakfast room is too small to accommodate more than 8 or 10 people seated at any time. When busy it gets chaotic. The wifi is very poor and frustrating. You don't get much of a friendly... Age of facilities is key for low budget hotels. This is an old building therefore there is nothing good about it. Only reason to stay is if you have a game across the street. This hotel is located across from Morgan Hill Sports Complex. Old carpet, missing TV remote, old towels.
