Stayed here while attending the Monterey Jazz Festival. It was in a good location, close to everything. Rooms were nicely appointed. Free Wi-Fi. Exercise facility had a lot of equipment. Front desk was very attentive. Nice hotel at a reasonable price. more

Excellent location. Just off Hwy 1 and to get to Cannary Row and Fisherman's Wharf was a simple 2 mile drive. This is a nice hotel with a pool and a very good fitness centre, there is also free parking. The room was nice overlooking the pool with a balcony (albeit oversized ?) The location is good for Heighway 1 but it is a good 15 mins or so walk to the wharf and all the restaurants, its not a bad... more

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended great restaurants and points of interest. The pool is heated and the hot tub relaxing. There is a fire pit alongside the pool which is very romantic at night. There is also a restaurant on the premises, very convienient for breakfast or dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. A well furnished room with smart exterior & facilities. An extremely well equipped gym for those wanting to stay in shape while on holiday, and a relaxing pool area. Not a new Hilton Garden Inn.. Another hotel converted to a HGI......I usually love the HGI, but this one does not measure up. Not to mention that they tried to charge me for an extra night after I had already got home...Found it on my credit card statement. Finally got it straightned out, but it was a mess. more

Rooms were small - my family members kept bumping into each other - standard quality facility - we were relocated into a corner suite with a view of the parking lot and adjacent street - suite didn't appear to be finished.
