This was the final three nights of our coastal seven day mini vacation. This hotel and staff did a fantastic job in making our stay enjoyable. Great location to Fisherman's Wharf. We will be back next year to celebrate our anniversary. Best Seafood restaurants on the coast. So many to choose from. Near by Pacific Grove is a special city... More

The property is nice, the room was large and comfortable, the staff was courteous and attentive, and the price wasn't too bad either for a Friday evening with no reservations. But incoming guests created a tremendous amount of noise, that thankfully died off as I was ready for bed. Beware ….

This was a decent hotel, but claimed to be close to Fisherman's Wharf. Certainly was not within walking distance. Our room was near the elevator which sounded like a squealing dog every time it moved up or down. We were there the same time as a big tour bus which made getting breakfast a challenge.

Nice hotel. Good location. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff gave helpful suggestions on lunch and dinner spots. I would stay here again. The breakfast was good, with many options (fruit, waffles, oatmeal, etc).

This hotel has a serious noise problem. The way the building is constructed transmits an unacceptable amount of both noise and vibration between rooms. I've never stayed at hotel where I've had so much disturbance from other rooms. At first, I thought the problem was inconsiderate other guests but then realized the just walking normally across the room was shaking... More

Noise......stomping, jumping, loud voices went on & on & on. We complained, but it still went on. There were way too many people to handle the breakfast room & the food was out most of the time. There was only one waffle maker, for the entire group, which jammed up the tiny room even more. Guests were out in the... More

Hey, Car Week at Monterrey. Didn't make reservations 6 months in advance. My bad. Paid thru the teeth 3 mos in advance. Paid $180 for Wednesday, but Thursday night was quoted as $450. Decided to drive home to Las Vegas, rather than pay $250 per night more.

Probably one of the worst night stays in memory. The temperature control for the room was non-existent and the temperature was set way to high. The only way to get comfort was to open the window, which meant road noise galore. Not the best choices to have to make. The room was okay, but the iron had not been cleaned... More

Hotel has thin walls and floors, which failed to prevent noise transmission between adjoining rooms. You hear people walking heavily in floors above and snoring neighbors sound like they’re in the same room. Too noisy to sleep and the staff failed to address the problem when I requested a room change.

We enjoyed the king sized bed, excellent pillows, and clean room. The spacious room included two tables with comfortable chairs. Too bad the evening was warm that made the room up to 77 degrees; good that there was a sliding door to open for fresh air.
