The room was clean, a little outdated on decor, but the room had a fireplace!. breakfast was muffinfs w/ Orange juice. the bed was a little hard, but clean. We were very surprised because we got the room for $40 with hotwire, very cheap! they also offer free wifi. More

This is a dirty, loud hotel. I could hear the person in the next room breathe. When someone flushed teh hotel the room vibrated. The beds are as hard as wood, as are the pillows. There was dirt everywhere. Horrible experience. I have been coming to Monterey since 1989 and this is the worst hotel I have ever encountered. More
