The owners/staff here were very lovely and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty, freshly prepared and hand made (we had hand made granola followed by bacon, 2 poached eggs on a hot tomato salsa and avocado). Tea/coffee and juice. Ten minute walk from the pier, this hotel is on quite a busy road. I'm afraid the room and bathroom let... More

I took my wife on an anniversary trip and had the privilege to stay at this fine hotel for our second time. It is small and intimate, which is a plus because you know you are getting taken care of. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The owners are so inviting, they made us feel like family, providing a... More

This is not a hotel, but more of an eclectic B&B. The decor is interesting, a cross between "The Adams Family" and Salvation Army refuge. My wife, daughter and I booked a Suite. I guess they call it a suite because it has 2 rooms. The second room has a fold out couch for a bed, but when opened, a... More

We were a little nervous when arriving at Hotel 1110. From the outside, it looks pretty shady, but it is quite a gem on the inside. Parking isn't great, but we were there over a weekend, so were able to park on the street with no problems. Our room was lovely. King size bed, electric fireplace, Jacuzzi tub in the... More

The 50's look outside hide a beautiful gem inside. My wife and I just spent a lovely weekend in room 205 (fronting the street). We cannot say enough about the entire staff. Warm, friendly, and accommodating are just the start. The biggest surprise was the quality of the food. For the Friday 'happy hour' on the roof overlooking the Bay... More

This small hotel is in a great location in Monterey. It is excellent for staying a night or two while on road trips along HWY 101 and Big Sur. Pros: 1. Great, friendly staff. They will do about everything to get you accommodated. 2. Delicious, hearty breakfast. They change it daily. 3. Good decoration. Each room has it own decoration... More

My husband I recently stayed at Hotel 1110 for a night while on a road trip. We would have liked to give them a 4 out of 5 instead of a 3 out of 5, but unfortunately we had too many cons to give that rating. The pros: 1. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. when I... More

Looks very strange from the outside, but it changes once you are inside. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice. There was a "happy hour" with a free drink on the roof in the evening, which was very relaxing and they also had great food. The breakfast was cooked freshly when we were ready and was like... More

The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. A big shout out to the rooftop bartender Andrew who always had a smile on his face and was great to talk to. Tambien un saludo para mi compa Juan, quien cocina la mera onda! Translation...if Juan cooks it, you better eat it. Everything we tried was delicious and cooked to order. Lots... More
