The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. But the bed was hard and the pillows flat. Plus noise from the trains and the workers that stay here all make for a miserable night. We paid more for this motel than others just down the street thinking it would be quieter. Wrong. Save your money. Maybe even go... More

Overall the room was nice, the Bed was a little firm for us The staff was very friendly, pillows were a little small, a good location, great TV cable channels, close to restaurants the price a little high for a Tuesday night in a small town We would return to this Hotel again if in the area

We stayed here for one night on the way from San Fran to Las Vegas. We arrived without a prior booking and had checked in inside of 5 minutes. The staff were lovely, the rate was very reasonable and there was a good complimentary breakfast the next morning.

Great hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast choices. Excellent beds! Parking in front of the room and off the road. Only negative was a train but they seem to be everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure. We had to wait 10 minutes for our room to be finished so you can see how busy they... More

This is a good place to stay if you are in the area. All the staff members we encountered were professional and helpful, our room was clean and pleasant, and the wireless network worked well. We didn't eat the hotel-provided breakfast; so, I can't comment on it.

Best Western is where we stay while on a trip or vacation' and they are always a great stop over. We did notice an odd smell upon entering the room and figured it must have something to do with the cleaning products? The WiFi is not up to standard. It's slow, drops offline, long time to change or view other... More

It would appear that Mojave hotels either accomodate those working in the area or those passing through. Hence the car parks have a mix of cars and pick ups. Desert Winds was an appropriate name as whilst stopped over it was windy which was why there are hundreds of wind turbines in the area. The hotel was clean, well fitted out,... More

Used Desert Winds as a stop over on way to Grand Canyon. Hotel staff were very courteous and allowed us to book in early. We had a ground floor room and it had everything we needed, WiFi, Coffee, Table, Microwave etc. I thought the room smelt a bit( I think it was the cleaning products used by staff) and found... More

We booked into this hotel in Mojave on our drive along Route 58, a route which we would recommend to anyone who likes good roads and lots of interesting landscapes. The hotel is on the main street and opposite the rail road so can be a bit noisy though it did not disturb our beauty sleep! Lots of other guests,... More

We had a lovely corner room with lots of space. Room was clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Internet was a problem, the staff did all they could fix it for us. Free breakfast had limited choices, still enough to make a reasonable meal. Recommend this hotel.
