but very helpful management, very helpful with trimming etc if you are not very experienced, will even hang out after and have a smoke with you. Can't recommend this place enough if you are up in the boonies after a good grow and looking to trim - she even provided us with tools!

This message is a mystery to us all. We have zero tolerance for smoking of any kind and weed is absolutely prohibited. I almost think you might be writing of another place as the things you praise are not available here! Happy New Year. More

I made a last minute reservation here to get away. The person I made the reservation with on the phone was extremely accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lovely woman who has been working there for over 40 years as well as one of the people who's family owns the Gardens. They were beyond sweet and... More

Please note: you are *not* in the forest here - you are in a town, the town of Miranda on a busy road without any real amenities of an actual town (one restaurant, one gas station, one drive through coffee - no laundromat, no car repair, no grocery store). That said, the townspeople are very nice. I'm told the property... More

thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent stay at Miranda Gardens. Yes, the day was very hectic as the manager couple was packing to leave and there was confusion in the activity of loading a truck and other vehicles. I am sorry you didn't get to enjoy the amenities of the new Miranda Market... More

It is a quaint place to stay when you are seeing the redwoods. A nice clean cabin with a view out the deck was great. If your are viewing the redwoods a nice place to stay. Yes it is rustic, but look where you are amongst the giant redwoods how can you complain about that view.

went here with the family over Thanksgiving and while we liked the place, it didn't really "click" for us. It was freezing cold and the noises coming from the heater we had on every night were pretty annoying, Also, the 2nd bedroom is basically a wooden annex only warmed by a small heater - where we saw sparks coming out... We rented cabin #8 in Miranda Gardens recently and was blown away! Very well kept and beautiful cabins that take you back to a postcard image of the California Redwoods from the 50's. Beautifully appointed gloss wood interior, fireplace and kitchen. The absolute BEST place to stay when your visiting the oldest ancient virgin redwood grove on planet earth. (ours... More

I love this little stop on the giant of the avenues . It was freezing and dark and we were in the middle of the the big red trees!!! This insanity of staying in the redwood parks are an amazing feeling. Our cottage was cozy and warm and the warm shower was amazing!!! Definitely come stay here where you go... More

We really enjoyed this place and would wholeheartedly recommend it for a close up to the redwoods! The cottages are generously sized and have an amazing veranda out the back, where one literally sits in the middle of these beautiful redwood trees. The decor is eclectic but honestly given what's around this place you should spend most of your time... More

These cozy little cottages are located in a tiny town surrounded by redwoods. It's a nice change of pace from camping in the national parks, and the fireplace, hot water, and comfortable ambiance make for a really pleasant experience. We were able to book here easily with short notice, and the town of Miranda is a pretty funky, hippie town... More

Upon entering cabin 5, looked very nice and clean. Cute with fireplace and full kitchen. I always inspect the bed linens and mattress before bringing luggage in. Found bed bugs in the folds of the mattress cover. Reported to office, management was very apologetic and appeared upset, graciously refunded my full payment. Would have liked to stay, but unable.
