In town for a short stay and decided to stay at the Embassy Suites in Milpitas. I cannot remember the last time I was this underwhelmed with a hotel. Upon entering the grounds and hotel are very nice. But it ends there. As I got in the elevator to go to my room I noticed a large puddle of water... More

In general this is a traditional Hotel but a little weird architecture, rooms are ok but some of those with old failed stuff. Breakfast is fine, not the top but I guess it is a good point to decide to stay there. In general if you plan to receive deliveries from Amazon shopping, they have a good assistant with this.... Came in for a 3 day weekend and everything met expectations. You can always expect a group of kids at Embassy on the weekends, and this weekend was no exception. Breakfast service was efficient, but there did seem to be several areas in the dining section with more than a couple of gnats. All in all, the location was quirky,... More

Having worked for silicon valley companies for most of my long career, I know most of the Hotel's in the area. This has never been one of my favorites as its an older property but wow has it gone down hill. The valley is crazy right now to find rooms, so it was again not my first choice but I... More

It's a very good complimentary breakfast, you can order the omelette you like, coffee, oatmeal, bacon and fruits are all my favorite, you can spent 1 hour to enjoy the meal. But I saw some people take the food out, or left too much food un-eat, I dislike this kind of behavior.

This is an overall nice hotel, great building. We've stayed here in the past with great satisfaction, however recent stay was kind of off what you would expect from a Hilton "brand". Some staff nice, others rude. Booked room rates at a special low cost, upon leaving I was charged much more with no resolve. Cleanliness not up to par... More

I'm used to hotels that cater to the international "powers that be" in Washington, DC. This Embassy Suites hotel was as good as or better than most of the hotels I've used in Washington! The excellent staff is prepared to make your stay as perfect as possible. I will return to this grand hotel!

The hotel would be a great value if the bed wasn't broken. The hotel may become very noisy at best due to minimum supervision of the children rooming the balconies without supervision. The hotel does have a security person, but they are often overwhelmed with monitoring a large property. The bellmen, it seems, is only around to retrieve luggage carts... More

While visiting San Jose for my future daughter-in-law's wedding shower, my daughter and I stayed at Embassy Suites in Milpitas, CA. The hotel and rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are 2 very spacious rooms - sleeping area and living space separated by a door. Internet in the room was good. Cook to order... More

I've stayed at better for less and worse for more. This hotel offers nothing special. It's very expensive for what you get. The hotel shows its age and needs to be updated. Security is an issue. I had 3 college students follow me in and loiter around the lobby and they were never approached as they sat around taking selfies.
