I stayed here for 4 days and have no complaints except for the spa, more on that later. The room was large and clean as usual with Emb.Suites. Cook to order eggs for breakfast was good, drinks at happy hour a nice bonus. Gym is large and has free weights and 2 benches in addition to cardio. So, the pool... more

Embassy Suites veterans, we decided to stay in Milpitas. The hotel is convienient to the freeway, without the freeway noise. Lots of free parking, especially in the back lot. The reception staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very clean room except for the tub. Note to housekeeping: More attention needs to be placed on... more

Have stayed here several times over the last 10 to 12 years. The place has gotten louder on weekends over the years, seems to be the family place to go, and the rooms had seemed to be wearing down. We stayed here last in March '08 with one of the grandsons on a trip to Great America. He was with... more

On more than one occasion, I had to save this hotel from lawsuits by warning elderly women about the wet floor as they were about to step into the elevator that I was on. They were quite thankful, as the tile floor with the giant puddles of pool water dragged in by children could have meant a broken hip. The... more

We booked two nights at the AAA rate for a last-minute family getaway/staycation for MLK weekend. Many positives, but more than a few negatives. Positives: (1) Very reasonable AAA rate (2) Excellent free breakfast with made-to-order omelets, pancakes & hashbrowns (3) Fully indoor heated pool and spa -- (rare in SV) (4) WiFi (for fee) (5) Free parking (6) Rooms... more

Great place to stay. The complimentary cook-to-order breakfast is outstanding, and the family favorite. Rooms are well-appointed. The kids would like a pool more "fun" - ie., this one has no slide or deep end. But still fun. more

My husband and I stayed here for New Years Eve. We wanted a quiet getaway close to home. I was a bit reluctant to book our stay due to some bad experiences at another Embassy Suites and after reading some of the reviews, but we were very happy with our stay. We have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Santa... more

Chose this hotel for the location and breakfast. Check-in and out was very easy since booked online and prepaid. Overall, the stay was above average; 2-room suite was clean and roomy-adequate for a family of 4 (2A, 2C), but hotel should definitely upgrade their beds from doubles to queens. Our pet peeve: bathroom did not have any place besides the... more

This hotel was able to accommodate my company's need for eight rooms on very short notice. Lovely, new hotel with friendly front desk staff. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great for business travel. more
