I booked a non-smoking room using Radisson hotel points- my room smelled like an ash tray! I stayed for 5 days and had stained towels every single day. The hotel did have free wi-fi, which is really the only positive thing I can say about it. I'm surprised that Radisson keeps this chain in it's group. more

The hotel is a dump. Upon checking in, the lobby was filled with smoke.
