the executive inn was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. It is very run down, repairs where done are shoody, room reaped of cigarette butts, traffic noise kept me up, no place to hang my shirts and suit. Cost is low but quality is much lower. I have travelled all over the world and was reminded of a... More

I booked our stay for 3 nights. After driving 13 hours to get here, arriving at 2am, we checked in. It took about 20 minutes to get us in our FIRST room. Which had COCKROACHES crawling all around the room and bathroom and it was extremely dirty. After requesting a different room, we were moved to a different room that... More

Prices were high for better hotels in the area last week so I booked three nights at Executive Inn. I have learned not to expect much value in Silicon Valley but this hotel is best avoided. The front-of-house staff was very nice, and the cleaning staff did what was possible with a very bad situation. Basically, you won't want to... More

When I booked this, I was pleased the price. Chose it because it was convenient to where my daughter was staying with in-laws. Check in clerk was rude. There are not even basic amenities like an extra blanket if you need it. I am slightly disabled, but do not need a ADA room, but cannot go up stairs. No ice... More

Checkin went smooth. Cozy friendly atmosphere near shops and highways. My second visit. Clean and comfortable. Will return. Weather was nice. Access to wifi and food. Friendly people in Milpitas. Booked through Expedia for good price of 69.00 .

Loud Mexican music from next door ..had to call front desk at 11pm and 11:15pm to have someone tell them that some people may want to sleep. I had a early appointment the next day. I am a woman traveling alone, but if my husband was with me I would have let them know myself how irritating it was. Other... More

There were roaches, worms, the dolor let cold air in, WiFi did not work, los of noise from the freeway, police crimen scenes every night near the hotel, and not enough parking. Avoid this hotel unless there isn't any other choice. Personally, I would prefer spending a night sleeping on the flor of SFO than staying in this hotel. At... More

Room 127...at the freeway exit. The door didn't fit the frame and I had to side-bump it really hard just to get in. The light shown around the whole door, allowing the sound from the freeway to get in all night. Crime scene powder on the door, ya that was interesting. I think I'd have cleaned that if I were...
