The staff was very nice. The place was very clean and had security walking around at night. The pool was small but very clean. The only bad things were: 1) The room was a little noisy from the airport and just being an older room, and 2) The free breakfast was only served from 4: AM to 7:30 AM, so... more

This was our second Park-Sleep-Fly at this facility and we'll certainly use it again. An older facility, but clean and well-maintained, it's quiet, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. It's close to many dining options besides the on-site restaurant, and walking distance to grocery, drug, and even hardware stores in case you realize you've forgotten something before your trip. No elevators... more

We were at San Francisco airport on November 3rd 2008 trying to find a bed for the night. Our passports and tickets had been stolen on the way to catch our flight, and although both US and UK immigration gave us permission to board, Virgin Atlantic couldn’t sort our tickets out in time, and we were stuck there for another... more

On our way from LA back to SFO, we walked in just for 4 hours sleep in order to get on our 6am flight at SFO airport. We called the hotel 5 to 10 minutes ahead. When we got there, the desk staff had everything ready! Very professional and friendly too. Our room was nice and quiet. And my god... more

I stayed here because I was flying into San Francisco in the evening from Boston, and out to Seattle in the morning. What I did not plan was that I had an awful cold. The Rancho Inn shuttle from the airport was seamless, check in easy, and the room was very cozy. The hotel seems fully renovated and historic in... more

This Best western is one of the BEST! Its an older Hotel with nice thick walls. No neighbor noise. The el rancho has an exercise room and internet access. Lots of restraunts within walking distance. Nice place to take the Family on a visit to the Bay Area. The bart station is near. Also a skate/bike park on Milbrae ave... more

My husband and I had a very early flight out the next morning so we selected a hotel near the airport. This one was only 5 minutes. Paid $110 before taxes so didn't expect much. The hotel was very old but in a good way, very good condition with lots of upgrades. Granite countertop in bath. Large walk in closet.... more

We arrived at SFO quite late with no hotel reservations and found most places were full or too expensive. We settled on this place, having stayed at various Best Westerns around the globe, plus the fact it offers free shuttles to the airport and its BART station, ideal as we wanted to visit San Francisco for two days at the... more

My husband and I stayed here before heading back to ny and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and great food at the cafe. The bartender was awesome and had us laughing the whole night. Would definitely recommend! more

Ok hotel. Had to change rooms as we needed a bath for our toddler (not just a shower stall). The first room was quite nice, but the second (with bath) was near the tracks, overlooking barbed wire in a shifty looking location, no deadbolt on the door, very cramped. Fine enough but not great. The hotel restaurant was just mediocre... more
