I stayed at The Dylan on August 11th to the 13th, 2014 on my visit from Costa Rica. Nice hotel, comfortable bed and big TV. Very Nice. My only complaint is the male front desk clerk the night I checked in on the 12th, he was very rude, but the female front desk clerk the next night on the 12th... More

We had a very disappointing experience at The Dylan on August 12, 2014. We booked this hotel because of location, and because almost all other hotels in the area had no vacancies. The good: Location is ideal for easy access to the BART and SFO. The interior furnishings have been upgraded and the room had excellent lighting, the bathroom had... More

As always, we thank this guest for taking the time to write a review of our property. We are glad that this guest appreciated the extensive upgrades we have done to all of our guest rooms and guest bathrooms, as we feel it is extremely important to maintain our property to an excellent standard. While we never doubt any comments... More

We stayed at the Dylan for 5 nights in July 2014. The rooms were clean, large, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast with waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, breads, etc. The price was half that for a hotel in the city. The BART was an easy 5 minute walk... More

Obviously refurbished room and shower, but ugly exterior access. Cement walkways ensure noisy progress of all neighbors. Hotel was full so I could not get my requested room, and so all night we heard the nearby trains. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, including very authentic asian restaurants (The Kitchen!!) Three hotels share shuttle buses, but service is not... More

I researched a lot before selecting this hotel for our short stay in San Francisco, looking at convenience, safety, ratings and price point. So happy I chose it. The Dylan is clean, well decorated, comfortable, quiet and convenient with mature and knowledgable staff. There is above average attention to detail in guest rooms for this level hotel (crown molding, motion... More

The impressive is in the details : suffient wall outlets combined with USB-charge sockets!!! execellent thought, should be adopted by all good hotels! Decent water pressure and a REAL European style quality shower head!!! What a treat! Clearly shows that someone has been discovering that Europe is far more advanced than the rest of the world, when it comes to... More

We stayed at the Dylan for a vacation/business trip. The location was great. Approximately 1 block from the BART. Mike, at the desk staff was an excellent resource and very friendly. He was competent and helpful giving much needed advice regarding the BART and how to get around San Francisco., The other desk staff was also very helpful. Our hotel... More

We stayed in a deluxe room at the Dylan our last night in San Francisco so we could get to the airport easily. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was in a separate wing with its own balcony. The room was very nicely decorated, with a refrigerator and little dressing room between the room and bathroom. Parking... More
