It was a very upscale and nice hotel next to SF airport. It was my fault is being so far from San Francisco. The rooms were very nice. However we were charged $16 per day for parking! A service which should be included. And internet was an additional charge. The front desk could also have been more help. more

The room was roomy, the bed and bedding is absolutely AMAZING! Close to the airport, free shuttle is helpful. We stayed here for an early park & fly trip out of SFO. I think the location is THE closest to the airport for shuttle service, so the airport- then the hotel are the "first stops" if you stay here. The parking lot is big, but we found parking right by the door (go around back) which was very convenient.... more
