A pleasant, clean and comfortable hotel with shuttle service to SFO, the Westin's convenient location is its greatest asset. The restaurant was noisy and crowded the evening we arrived after a long flight. .

The room was nice sized. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were quiet. The workout room was average. The Valet service was helpful and prompt but was just a tab overpriced. I would stay there again next trip to San Francisco. It was less that a 30 minute drive into downtown, Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square.

This was one of our "best experiences" and it was at an airport hotel. Our room was beautiful overlooking the runway. It was exciting to see the planes (great soundproofing). This would especially be a great experience for those who love aviation. The restaurant was "excellent" great service and food. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for business needs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is within walking distance of numerous places to eat. The workout room is decent. A good place to stay for business needs, not so much for San Francisco entertainment. It is about 20 minutes from downtown San Fran (without traffic).

Service in the restaurant and at checkin was very good. I was just so dissapointed with the room. It was clean, but heavliy used ir long on guest mileage.
