Last time I spent the night around SFO it was a nightmare but this time it was a dream. Even though Aloft is one of those hotels that seem to offer more with less it gets the service job done in a good manner. I get the feeling it is like a no-frills airline but everything is included. Just not... More

Stay one night upon arriving in San Francisco; loved the decor, it is a mix of industrial and arty; the corridors decorated by lghts covered in cloth, very interestng. The room was clean, and very accessible, as was the bath room. The is a bar which serves food, but a quick walk takes you to the Westin hotel where you... More

It is the first time I had seen a hotel chain like this: it is hip and trendy. It is perfect for young travelers. Unlike other big chains (Hilton, Westin, ...) it has a true lay-back atmosphere all over. Staff is dressed in a relax way, the background is music is not typical elevator music but modern music, etc. Rooms... More

We stayed at Aloft both coming and going from the San Francisco airport. We stayed there the first night in town, rented a car and saw the sights, and then returned the car to the airport and stayed there again! We love the crisp, clean look of the hotel. The rooms are basic rooms with a comfortable bed and nightstands.... More

I was recently stranded at SFO after missing an international connecting flight. At 11pm I managed to book a room at Aloft and get their free shuttle to the hotel. It is basic but has most things you need for an airport hotel, the room was a good size and I was comfortable for my stay. My only small complaint... More

On a business trip in San Francisco, this was the cheapest hotel for a the value. The rooms were clean and the hotel was modern. When I realized how close it was to the airport, I thought it was going to be a problem with the noise, but it wasn't. Although the walls are very good in sound proofing the... More

Within close proximity to SFO and with regular shuttle buses to the airport, this is a great, modern hotel at a reasonable price, if a little expensive. All things considered, you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

This hotel is certainly expensive and overly commercialised. This hotel would do everything it can to suck your money. You pay for almost every single thing: Breakfast, parking and cancellation fee, which are way too expensive. 1. Breakfast Breakfast is not included and if you wish to have one in the hotel: It's unreasonably expensive. A bowl of cereal cost... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it is, by far, one of the best hotels in the SFO area. The rooms are well kept, the fitness center is great as well as their lobby bar and front desk services. I like the Aloft brand and its concept and this hotel does a good job representing it. Rooms... More

Have stayed here twice now. Generally good business hotel. Like all other alofts. Same look and feel. Bathroom doesn't have doors (so hope you're by yourself). Their wifi is broken/misconfigured. SSID doesn't appear on iPhones but comes up on a Mac. Major #fail for a business hotel. Hate that they rip you off for parking. Just another way to make... More
