Title says it all - generous size room, very clean, comfortable seating area with good size desk to work on, good selection of TV programs, polite and helpful staff, free internet access, free technical support when internet didn't work, lovely hot tub, decent breakfast, excellent location for city & airport. Was looking forward to the hotel as the website made it seem nice. How decieving. They are changing ownership as it is becoming a part of another chain. QUality suites is pretty close to the Bart in millbrae (30 mins ride to SF) very convineant to the airport - they have a shuttle pick up and drop (though it is shared with other hotels). Shuttles run more or less on time. Very good individually prepared breakfast available, though I think they need to make it start from 5:30... more
