The motel room furnishings are spare but all the essentials are there, it's clean, and the price is very right, particularly in the region. The restaurant food is simple, good, and plentiful. The close location to the S.E. entrance to Lassen National Park was very nice They do take dogs at $10 a dog even for my 6 lb dogs. Nice accomodations for a great price. Older but clean rooms, helpful staff, and nice views of the surrounding meadows. Moments away from Lassen Nat'l Park and Lake Almanor. Would recommend to friends and will plan on staying there again.

This should be taken as it is- an old style resort of motel, cabins and a quaint restaurant.The verandahs of the cabins overlook the surrounding meadows and peaks of nearby Lassan National Park. The owners are helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean- but it is not a new place, but well enough renovated and very reasonably priced.
