Very attractive property. Lobby and breakfast area nice. Room, new in appearance and comfortable. Breakfast which happened to be included in my rate was quite good. In Central California you are often near the railroad. I find that the room fan is usually enough to ease the problem. I travel a lot and find that ear plugs are of value.... more

At last Merced has an excellent hotel for families and business travelers. Yosemite is close by via Mariposa. Meeting rooms are adequate. A Carrels is within walking distance. Lobby is attractive with a business center. The lobby has free WiFi (no security though) and the rooms have wired ethernet so security is vastly improved. Nice clean hotel with nice rooms and a coffee maker. It's a little noisy, could hear the train at night and highway noise. It does not offer the free buffet breakfast that a lot of other courtyard's offer. They do have a buffet breakfast though for about $8 and change. more
