Arrived in Merced around 1900 after a few days in Yosemite looking for stopover on journey west. Called in on spec and was greeted with friendly and accommodating receptionist. Reasonable price for single night. Delighted to have easy laundry facility too. Large clean comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. More

Stayed here for 3 nights when I went for my Yosemite trip, "paid" with points so it was dirt cheap (e.g. whatever you spend in the bar). National Park is about 1-1.5 hours drive away, so not perfect but there's really no other chain hotel (that I have points with) any closer. Hotel is places just next to a highway... More

the hotel is new and clean and staff members are friendly and professional. however the location is too close to the nearby highway (closest point might be less then 100 yards), so the noise and vibration could be too much for some. More
