coming from from south on hwy 99 in july 2007.we had car problems so we looked for a place to stay since it was getting late to go home with car problems .we stayed at vagabond inn in merced.room was fine and clean with free breakfastand free wireless access which was helpful in getting to my email .overall nice stay more

Very clean accommodations but very small rooms with minimal furniture. I could hear other guests but luckily they were not very noisy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price at this motel is very good compared to others in the area on highway 99. more

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and all of the staff was very friendly - almost family like. Merced is a small town and has a typical small town atmosphere. Very clean room... unfortunately the bed they gave us was a small bed tho... we were expecting a queen and got a double. Other than that, very good to come in and sleep only! more
