Colleagues enthused about this hotel, so after a busines strip I took my wife for the weekend. Planned to stay for two nights, ended up there for three. Public rooms are excellent, atmosphere is warm and cozy, and everywhere is well-maintained. Bedroom was large, air conditioning was a little noisy/rattly but not enough to warrant asking to be moved. The... more

I have stayed at the Stanford Park 3 times over the past 3 years and have found it to be consistent and charming each time. It has a warm and cozy feel, but with the level of personalized and efficient service you'd expect from a hotel of its reputation and size. My stays here are always business-related, but I would... more

Thank you for staying with us so frequently. I appreciate your comments regarding the size of the fitness center. By the end of this year we will increase the size of the fitness center to over 950 square feet and feature state of the art cardio and resistance equipment as well as a free weight area and semi private stretching...

The hotel resaurant has no childrens menu. We stayed in one of the expensive two room suites as we were travelling with our 6-week old and our 16-month old. My wife and I ended up having to camp out in the bedroom and put the kids to sleep in the living room as there was only one TV in the... more

What a beautiful place to stay! It was like a little paradise all in itself. The property is beautifully landscaped, lots of flowers and trees. The inner courtyard is so calming and relaxing with the pool area at one end, a middle section lush with flowers, ferns, scrubs, and birch trees, and the dining courtyard. The hotel itself is gorgeous... more

My husband and I had an event at the hotel so we booked our room in advance. We had a fireplace with a balcony. We fired up the log in the fireplace and had a cocktail on our balcony prior to the event. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Talk about clean, the pool is kept immaculate as we watched... more

Stayed at Stanford Park Hotel during Stanford's Jazz Workshop for the third year in a row. Each time my family and I have been warmly greeted by staff. Front desk and doormen are just terrific. Rooms are quiet and beds have excellent mattresses and feather pillows. Very convenient to Stanford. Looking forward to our stay next year! more

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel. I have read some negative reviews, so I was not sure what to expect, but our entire stay was excellent. From the minute you step through the door, there are nice doorman there to open your door and greet you. I specifically remember Chris who helped with restaurant suggestions. When we checked in,... more

I love bathrooms-and this hotel's offering made me very happy! It was sparkling clean, loaded with big, fluffy, new, white towels, and equipped with a toto toilet with the quiet-close lid, a basket for the used towels, a robe, slippers, tub-shower with surround, gilchrist and soames toiletries, granite sink top, and an adjacent sink-makeup area with magnifying mirror in dressing... more

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The room reminded us of a room we stayed in at the Hyatt in Brisbane -- a beautiful room with luxury appointments. The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. I made a mistake in the booking, by booking August, rather than September. I called 3 days before arrival, and... more

This is a terrible hotel to visit. The Manager was rude and insulting. The food was poor and the duck was poorly prepared. This is one hotel you should not visit. more
