Guy and his staff have a great attitude, great attention to detail, and great service! This place rates top on all B&B we have stayed, and we keep coming back. You will never, and I mean, never be disappointed. The food is spectacular, and the wine/beer hour with food cannot be missed. more

At first, the price was a gulp (no pun intended) however, the Brewery Gulch Inn provides a a chef's menu breakfast and light supper as part of the cost. Rooms are gorgeous with your own fireplace. The living room is stocked with games to sit around the fireplace and play, dvd's to take to your own room, wine and dessert... more

Found BGI online and were we lucky! Great location a short distance from the village of Mendocino with ocean frontage walk right across the road and view of the Pacific from almost every room. A modern, spacious, welcoming structure with lots of wood and glass, tall architectural windows and doors to let in all the magnificent views. Definitely not Victorian!... more

We had a perfect three-night stay this week at Brewery Gulch Inn. From even before we arrived, we were treated like very special and welcomed guests by Guy and his staff. We spent three days taking advantage of all that BGI has to offer -- private fireplace in the room, complete peace and solitude, private patio overlooking the Pacific ocean,... more

Guy and Mina provided an effortless ambience to what is hands down the most fabulous experience in Mendocino. Gorgeous rooms in a small inn with knock-out views. Guy is savvy, endlessly helpful, but discreet and utterly professional. The chef prepares a made to order breakfast that is without question amazing allowing for vegan, carnivores and everyone in between. Fantastic hiking,... more

It almost seems pointless to offer another glowing review, but from the moment we walked in the door to the time we left the staff were all extremely friendly. The food was delectable, the rooms were cozy and very comfortable. The great room is beautiful - you won't want to leave. Breakfast was amazing. I've got to figure out how... more

Great location to use for exploring Mendocino. Service and amenities were outstanding. Great breakfast and lovely evening hors d'oeuvres & wine tasting. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, thick towels, & lots of amenities such as a fireplace & flat screen TV. Our experience was welcoming, relaxing, & fun. The inn is constructed of reclaimed redwood with mission style furnishings... more

The inn was absolutely wonderful. We had a warm welcome from Nina; she provided us with maps and information about the local area. We had called ahead and Guy booked us a private horse-back riding session so after we checked out our room and had a snack, we went off to our ride. Afterward, we made it back in time... more

I can't imagine staying anywhere else! I booked 3 nights at The Brewery Gulch Inn to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, the perfect choice. From the minute we arrived, the owner, Guy, was showing us true Mendocino hospitality. Every morning before we ventured out, Guy would give us recommendations for the days activities, it was great! My husband didn't want... more
