We decided to make Mendocino the North end of our trip from San Francisco driving up the pacific coast highway. We're definitely glad we did. Plan most of the day for a liesurely drive. We stopped and toured Muir Woods and stopped at one of the small town general stores along the way for a late lunch. Other than that... more

we spent three nights in this welcoming Victorian.....breakfast , served in the room, was huge and delicious.....afternoon sherry, tea and cookies in the parlor...rooms are well appointed, lovingly decorated, with woodburning fireplaces and very clean.....offers ocean view but is not too close to the main street., so was blessedly quiet....short stroll to the best restaurant in the area, Cafe Beaujolais....owner... more

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful (albeit short) time at this B&B. We were later than we had hoped to be driving up from SF, but they were more than accomodating for our late check in. The breakfast was amazing! more

This B&B is probably the most friendly and charming I've been to. We stayed in the Barry room, which has incredible amounts of natural light, and a cozy window seat to read on. The bed was very comfortable, and is tucked right under a window, which I really enjoyed. Our room also had a fireplace, which we used both nights... more

My girl friends and I celebrated our 50th, 60th, 70th, birthdays here. We were spoiled and pampered. Wonderful breakfasts delivered to our rooms was only the beginning of our several days there. Denise assisted us with making reservations for a wonderful limosine tour of local wineries. We had wonderfult walks to the ocean front town and a wonderful time shoping... more

We arrived having driven from San Francisco to a very warm and friendly welcome from Denise. She quickly made us feel at home and explained where various restaurants were. We stayed in the Switzer room which was exactly as we had pictured it, and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and we really enjoyed it, seating in the window seats in... more

We spent a night here on our way up the coast. The breakfast was the absolute highlight of the stay. The room was very nice, tough a little musty. The location in historic Mendocino is convenient to restaurants and downtown shopping. more

My husband and I stayed here for our five year anniversary and from the moment we got there it was amazing!! We stayed in the Caspar Cottage and we had all the privacy and romance that one could ever hope for. The owners, Mitch & Denise are hospitable and make you feel like family. Monster sized Jacuzzi bathtub, fully remodeled... more
